Technical training and knowledge transfer


When instructors are comfortable with the technology they become fluent and it becomes transparent; then, technology can be a catalyst for collaboration and achievement.  We are especially committed to training your instructors, and enabling your technical staff to achieve their goals.  We can develop a strategic training plan to support your specific objectives and ensure that everyone gets off to a good, productive and fast start.

Initial rollout

Inventive Technology understands your need for comprehensive staff training that may include the full gamut of instructors, designers, trainers, marketers, administrators and, of course, network specialists and IT staff.  We will provide hands-on training customized for your group, a customized documentation suite and the opportunity to register for webinars and online workshops.  Scheduling will be coordinated with you to take place right after the system has been installed and tested.

Training materials and documentation

Documentation is provided, including self-guided video-tutorials inside MediaCAST (Sample Tutorial: File Uploading), quick start and quick reference cards and instruction manuals. Custom training materials will be provided during hands-on training courses.  Materials developed for your training sessions will be uploaded into your MediaCAST repository so you actually have a startup library of on-demand training resources, now accessible to your staff 24/7.  That process can help serve the goal of bonding users with the technology, giving firsthand successful experience to the participants along with a foundation from which to build.  Some of the types of training and support materials that Inventive provides include:

  • Quick Reference Cards for the most common procedures

  • Self-guided video tutorials covering more advanced topics

  • User and operation manual for software and hardware

  • Online webinars are available on new and hot topics for ongoing reinforcement
